General guidelines:
1. A student can select an appropriate department of his/her choice and the participants can only attend the events in the department selected.
2. No spot registration allowed.
3. Registration fee should reach us on or before August 25,2019.
4. Registration will be confirmed after registration fee is received.
5. For paper presentation, shortlisted canditates will be intimated on August 26,2019.
6. Lodging and boarding will be provided based on first come first serve basis for a nominal amount.
7. Participants should produce their college identity card on the day of the event.
